The luxury villa with a capacity for 8 people was recently rebuilt and decorated by us with love and care. It was designed to be our dear Algarve home, and we are honored to share it with you!
Also, Casa da Pinga is located only 5 minutes away from the golden beach of Nossa Senhora da Rocha and 20 minutes from Albufeira, so it’s easy to access and enjoy the region at any time of the day.
Casa da Pinga has two suites and two bedrooms with a capacity for 8 guests to sleep comfortably in high-quality beds with hotel-graded sheets.
It includes a big living room with a 45 inches television where you can watch your Netflix series and Youtube videos, a card games table and a big couch for enjoying the time indoors as much as the time outdoors.
The living room also has a lovely fireplace that is very safe and easy to use in the wintertime, perfect for sipping a glass of wine.
Right next to it, you will find an office which comes in handy if you need to do some quick work on a comfortable desk and chair. All over the house, there’s a high-speed wireless internet connection.
The house is self-sustainable energetically, with solar panels for energy production and hot water. A laundry area is fully equipped and ready to use.
The villa Casa da Pinga features a lovely outdoor dining area fully equipped with a BBQ for the summer grills, as well as being right next to the fully equipped kitchen.
This area is perfect for great moments with family or friends in the safety and exclusivity of your private villa.
Casa da Pinga also has a private swimming pool fully equipped with pool chairs and a shaded area so you can lay down and relax under the sun effortlessly. The pool uses a salt cleaning system and is not harmful to your skin, making it perfect for everyone at any age.
It is surrounded by 500 square meters of a well-kept lawn ready to serve as a playground for the kids, a football area, playing with your pets, or any other activity.
This villa is dog friendly so that you can bring your pet for your Algarve holiday.

Please note that the occupancy rates are very high in the peak season (June, July, August & school holidays) so we strongly advise you to book early, as there are only a few large villas available to rent in the area.
