Terroir
Sandy loam and limestone soils. South-facing vineyard. Located just 2000 meters from the sea and with strong exposure to the north wind from Monchique.

Vintage
Harvested by hand at night. The grapes go through destemming, crushing, delastage and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Ageing in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Conservation
The bottles must be protected from sunlight, without oscillations or vibrations, in a completely or partially horizontal position, with the wine in contact with the cork, in a cool place (between 10 and 15ºC)
