Situated just 2000 metres from the sea and exposed to strong northerly winds from Monchique.
WINEMAKING AND AGEING
Fermented in a stainless steel vat.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Cherry blossom colour. Subtle aromas of peach, raspberry and thyme.
Palate: persistent with balanced acidity and notes of aromatic herbs.
A rosé perfect for afternoons by the pool and sushi dinners.
