Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature, followed by 12 months of ageing in neutral French oak.
Production of 1,500 bottles.

Aromas of white fruit, pear, apricot, and a hint of vanilla.
Fresh, balanced, with a light creamy touch.
