Sandy loam and limestone soils. Vineyard south-facing. Located just 2000 meters from the sea and with strong exposure to the north wind from Monchique.

Manual and night harvesting. Gentle after crushing and destemming. Cold static defecation for 48 hours. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 13ºC for greater extraction of aromas for approximately 3 weeks. Ageing for 12 months on on fine lees. Bottling and further in bottle for 12 months.

Conservation
The bottles must be protected from sunlight, without oscillations or vibrations, in a completely or partially horizontal position, with the wine in contact with the cork, in a cool place (between 10 and 15ºC)
