The launch dinner for the book O Mundo do Sal on March 4 at Vila Vita Parc had the Colheita 2021 white wine as one of the evening’s revelations.
Brazilian masterchef Henrique Fogaça came to the Algarve and joined chef João Viegas to launch his book with great style and refinement at the Atlântico Restaurant at Vila Vita Parc.
At 7:30 pm, there was a cocktail with canapés by chef Henrique Fogaça, with an autograph session followed by a 4-course gastronomic dinner that harmonized with the best wines of the Algarve – including the 2021 white wine Colheita da Quinta dos Capinhas (a blend of Arinto and Verdelho).

Apricot, nectarine, and some more tropical vibes. Dry, saline, with an acidity that gives an exuberant and long aftertaste. Manual and night harvest in order to preserve all the quality of the grapes rigorously selected from our vineyard at Quinta dos Capinhas.
