WINEMAKING AND AGING
Hand-harvested in 12 kg cases.
Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with 50% of the blend
aged in neutral French oak.
Production of 3.000 bottles.
TASTING NOTES
Aromas of red fruit, sour cherry, plum, and black pepper.
On the palate, it shows soft tannins, very well balanced and
persistent.
