WINEMAKING AND AGEING
Hand-harvested at night. Gentle pressing after destemming. Temperature-controlled fermentation.
Aged in stainless steel for 6 months.
TASTING NOTES
It reveals a subtle floral note, with undertones of honey and orchard fruit. Fresh, light and mineral.
