This late harvest comes from our vineyard of Moscatel Graúdo and Moscatel Roxo, a small south-facing plot located in Porches, in the Algarve, just 2 km from the sea.
This plot is surrounded by trees, and in this year a small humid microclimate developed, allowing the formation of noble rot.
WINEMAKING AND AGING
Direct pressing, cold fermentation, followed by 12 months of ageing in a 400 L French oak barrel.
Production of 1,005 bottles of 375 ml, packed in cases of 3 bottles.
TASTING NOTES
